Affiliate management involves many interconnected workflows and two different audiences: administrators and affiliates. The product needed to be powerful enough for complex program management while remaining clear for everyday use.

I led the product design from early product definition through information architecture, UX flows, wireframes, interface design, prototyping, and design handoff. I collaborated with product, engineering, QA, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

FluentAffiliate launched as a complete WordPress affiliate-management product.
