The older Course Builder showed too much information at once. Course creators experienced high cognitive load and had difficulty finding important actions while working with topics, lessons, quizzes, and settings.

I worked on course structure, lessons, quizzes, settings, and key UX flows. My focus was reducing clicks, minimizing cognitive load, saving time, and reducing accidental presses.

The redesigned Course Builder reduced course-creation time by more than half for a plugin active on 100,000+ sites.
